Using this site (aloidigital.com) means accepting the terms described on this page. If you don't agree with them, please don't continue browsing.
Who we are
This site is owned by Valerio Francesco Aloi, a sole trader based in Catania, Italy (VAT number IT06309610878), SEO consultant and web designer. Details on who I am and what I do → about.
Site content
Text, images, graphics, and structure of this site are, unless otherwise noted, owned by Valerio Aloi or used under licence. Copying, redistributing, or reusing this content for commercial purposes without written authorisation is not permitted.
Published case studies and testimonials report real results, verifiable where indicated (e.g. Google rankings), while respecting confidentiality obligations toward third parties (see also privacy policy).
No guarantee of specific results
SEO is not an exact science: it depends on factors (search engine algorithms, competitor behaviour, industry context) that no consultant can fully control. The information on this site, including the case studies and rankings cited, describes results achieved on specific projects and does not constitute a guarantee of identical or comparable results for future projects. Any concrete commitment on goals, timelines, and ways of working is defined only in the written agreement between the parties at the start of a collaboration, not by this site.
No published pricing
This site does not publish price lists. Every quote is defined on a case-by-case basis after an initial conversation (the free audit you can request via contact), based on the actual scope of the project.
Links to external sites
This site may contain links to external resources (social profiles, industry publications, client or partner sites). We have no control over the content of these external sites and are not responsible for them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Valerio Aloi is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this site or the inability to use it, including any technical interruptions of the hosting service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to this site falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Catania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the visitor's own country.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated over time; the date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version.
